Description
This course provides the classroom instruction required for flight training and the FAA Private Pilot-Airplane Knowledge Test. Topics include weight and balance, aircraft performance, weather reports and forecasts, basic navigation techniques and radio navigation. Students that complete this course, along with ATT 1100 Private Pilot Theory, satisfactorily may earn the endorsement required to take the FAA Private Pilot-Airplane Knowledge Test. Students are required to be enrolled in, or have completed, these courses prior to beginning Private Pilot flight training.
