Description

This course focuses on addressing the issues, processes and strategies related to professional sales, sales management, and relationship marketing or customer relationship management (CRM). This is a comprehensive course in the art of selling, developing long-term relationships, negotiating, and sales management. Various techniques will be explored, including prospecting, planning, lead management, negotiation, closing strategies, and relationship management.
