Description

This course focuses on the historical lens of learners with special needs. It includes the contemporary practice of providing adaptations in the natural and the least restrictive environments. The course will address the self-contained, inclusive, and mainstream settings for learners with special needs. Discussions and activities will target teaching strategies, collaborative teams, and daily routines to help learners with special needs succeed while enhancing their development and facilitating academic achievement.
