Description

The course Offensive Security is an Advanced Penetration Testing course that will build on and utilized the knowledge and skills the student acquired in the course Scripting for Cyber Security Professionals. The student will become proficient in not only the use of Penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, NMap, Nessus, Backtrack, and Armitage, but will possess the knowledge necessary to modify and augment the tools to meet a specific need. This is an important skill when designing a PEN test platform for a particular organization and can mean the difference between a successful engagement, or not.

Prerequisites

CET 2662C, CNT 2404C, CNT 1015C, CAP 2140C, and CAP 2141C all with a grade of C or higher
