Description

This course is a second semester course in Java programming. Topics include interfaces, packages, database access, exception handling, asynchronous I/O, native methods, multithreading and networking capabilities. The course prepares students for the Oracle Certified Programmer (OCP), Java SE 8 Programmer II certification exam.

COP 2551C or COP 2800C each with a grade of C or higher
