Description

This course provides an introduction to software development in the C# programming language in the Microsoft dot NET environment. Students will learn to write programs in the C# programming language using the Microsoft Visual Studio IDE. The course presents elements of the C# language, including decisions, loops, arrays, and exception handling. Topics also include object oriented programming, methods, collections, file input and output, and databases. Emphasis will be on creating object oriented programs that use a Graphic User Interface. Student hands-on programming projects will be an integral part of the course.
