Mission/Purpose

The mission of the Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.S) in Information Systems Technology is to provide students with the requisite knowledge and skills essential for working with modern information systems technologies in a variety of industries.

The Program

The upper division concentrations will provide students with a comprehensive understanding of methodologies and best practices for rapidly advancing technologies. The curriculum emphasizes a practical hands-on approach to application development, financial data analytics, and information technology management.

A minimum grade of C or higher must be achieved in all upper division courses.

Program Requirements

To meet minimum requirements for consideration for acceptance to the B.A.S. in Information Systems Technology program, applicants must satisfy the bachelor’s degree general admission requirements. The B.A.S. in Information Systems Technology degree program has rolling admissions throughout the term; a bachelor’s degree admissions application may be submitted at any time throughout the term.
