This is a Limited/Selective Access program.

Mission/Purpose

Creating competent, ethical, confident health care practitioners in the field of radiography committed to professional development through life-long learning in a positive, non-discriminatory and supportive learning environment.

The Program

This program is designed for graduates of hospital-based approved radiography educational programs who must attain an A.S. degree in order to write the ARRT examination for licensure. Admission is granted through hospital-based programs at Mayo, U.F. Health, and St. Vincent’s. All RTE classes are taken at the hospital-based program after acceptance into the hospital-based program.

A minimum grade of C or higher must be achieved in all professional coursework.

Application Procedure

To apply to the program, students must:

  1. Complete an application to the Radiography program.

  2. Have completed the prerequisite courses with a C or higher.

  3. Have completed an application from the hospital-based program (Mayo, UF Health, St. Vincent’s, or others) prior to the established deadline of the hospital-based program.
