CJL 2130 - Criminal Procedure This course consists of the study and examination of the criminal rules of procedure - specifically as they affect the criminal justice professional in the processes of detention, arrest, search, seizure, interrogations and confessions, suspect identifications, pretrial procedures, and appeals.
