ISM 4302 - Information Technology Planning This course reviews alternatives used by management and consulting firms to conduct an information systems strategic planning process. Key to the success of this process is an understanding of the current infrastructure, the culture of the organization, the desired future state as defined by senior executives, and the road map to get there. Special emphasis is placed on the scorecard strategic planning methodology as applied to an information technology function in an organization.
