IND 1606C - Fundamentals of Interior Design This studio course analyzes social interactive environments, private and work spaces for residential environments. The psychological use of space, efficiency of traffic patterns, and effectiveness of design are also explored. Students will read, evaluate, modify, and execute a floor plan based upon the requirements for the space zones. The course also will explore the multiples of background modifications for visual impact on the total design of an interior space. Students will learn basic drafting skills.
