Description

This course will examine the conceptual framework of healthcare management, the organizational structure of a variety of healthcare facilities and the fundamental issues facing the U.S. health care system. Also covered, will be the process, functions and roles that contribute to successful management of healthcare facilities, including but not limited to: hospitals, HMO;s, long-term care facilities, and neighborhood health centers.
