Description

This course will assist the returning registered nurse to begin the transition from the basic RN educational program to the baccalaureate level program and practice. Content will include topics to assist with further socialization into the role of professional nursing practice, factors that promote role transition, overcoming barriers, foundations of professional nursing roles, and processes guiding practice and future role.
