An introductory survey course in digital literacy, exploring the technical applications, materials and techniques utilized in the field of Digital Media. Students will explore subjects such as file type identification, operating systems, cloud-based storage, hard-drive based storage, structuring data for team-based projects, updating of computer software, and file linking strategies. They will also be introduced to both computer hardware and software programs utilized in this field.
