Description

The open format of this course provides an opportunity to address various selected topics related to the biological sciences. This course can be taken by students with no previous biology and may include introductory topics or topics that are not covered in depth in other courses. Potential topics may include, but are not limited to: evolution, genetics, ecology, climate change, bioethics, and stem cells. The course will include lectures (or discussions) and assignments in which students actively participate. This course may be repeated for credit.
